Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By engaging CodeByZeno for any service, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all projects, retainers, and service agreements between CodeByZeno and its clients.
2. Services
CodeByZeno provides web development, mobile application development, SaaS product development, branding, SEO, and digital marketing services. The specific scope of work for each engagement is defined in a written proposal or Statement of Work (SOW).
3. Payment Terms
Standard payment schedule: 50% upfront before work begins, 50% on delivery. For retainer agreements, payment is due monthly in advance. Late payments (beyond 7 days of due date) may incur a 2% monthly late fee.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables produced for your project are assigned to you. CodeByZeno retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a specific NDA is agreed in writing.
5. Revisions and Scope
Each project phase includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the SOW. Additional revisions or scope changes will be quoted separately and require written approval before proceeding.
6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
CodeByZeno warrants that all deliverables will function as specified for 30 days post-launch (bug fix warranty). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, revenue loss, or issues arising from third-party services beyond our control.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an agreement with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date is billable at the agreed rate. Upfront payments are non-refundable if work has commenced.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
